Parking Management in Metro-city

The many big cities now facing the problem of parking the city are become vast and crucial day by day. The road which are made that are requirement of earlier day which is sufficient at that time but now days we cannot increase road furthermore only we can create that road one way this is partial solution on this. Many architecture and plan developer are now focusing on the point of vehicle parking. Many building basement consisting or reserved for parking only for insider or we can say only for residential people only. 

Our PM hon. Narendra Modi announced a plan of 100 smart cities. Can that smart cities meet to requirement of basic need of people that is suppose parking? Yeah we hope so but plan developers are also human being they cannot list all the stuff which is required for your future smart city. So, why we can’t discuss on our requirement? According to me we can divide smart city features or things and we can debate on this point. So I choose one point for debate and literature survey which is mostly important in metro or big city that is parking problem.

                If we see the statistic nowadays the number of vehicles on road increasing and managing it becomes a horrible task. The road accident also increase day today and our safety nearly become infeasible. The solution on this point will be obtain in future but traffic management is become important task for current and upcoming Metro city.

                In traffic management parking plays vital role, but there is need to think commercial way.  Yeah off course commercial way because who will give service free of cost and cost of land in cities growing hugely day by day then who will reserved the area for parking and gives it for parking.

                Many shopping mall and commercial amenities are there who provided parking lot, but according to public demand proportion is very less and this is available for only those instance but we are thinking about overall city. Almost People park the vehicle over the sidewalk and it becomes a bulky place.

Following are some major reason for traffic:

1. Breaking the rules of traffic.
2. Failure of signaling.
3. The narrow roads. 
4. The car which is park over the sidewalk
5. The stalls on the sidewalk 
6. Sometime festivals are arranged on the road.
7. Work is going on. 
8. Rally or events
9. Illegal posters, banners.
10. Road is not well.

And number of more reason also. Later part we see the some basics things and solution over this. Please give your suggestion and idea also.
